The Flexi Fix Clamp is used to add stability particularly with twin fan units.

BASE & EXTENDER frames are designed to provide stability and spread loads evenly across flat roof surfaces. Modular frames are ideal for a/c split systems and VRV/ VRF systems. The galvanised steel frame raises equipment up to 405mm (higher heights available) above the flat roof level, permitting quick and easy access for roof maintenance.

Our H-frame kits offer the installer full flexibility by providing a solution where they can supply their own strut to suit their installation requirements. The H-frame kits are supplied with a pair of either our 305 or 320mm feet, most widely used in the majority of installations, or where heavier more demanding loads are present, then our 500mm foot version kit is available. All kits are supplied with hot dip galvanised angle brackets together with all the necessary fixings to assist the installer in a low cost, versatile and fast assembly solution on site.

Flexi Foot With Strut – These feet can support pipework, cable tray, and can also be used to mount air conditioning units, air source heat pumps and a variety of outdoor equipment. Solar thermal and solar photovoltaic on flat roof installations can also be accommodated. Made from heavy duty recycled rubber. The 21x41mm galvanised steel strut is supplied bonded to the rubber. Drain slots are molded to the underside of the foot.

The Flexi Foot Universal has three M10 inserts, offering support for small pipework and runs of cable tray, for air source heat pumps and a variety of outdoor equipment. The installer is free to bolt their own strut of various lengths to suit any installation from 500mm to 3000mm in length. It can also be used to support both solar thermal and solar photovoltaic on flat roof installations.4

To complement our range of Flexi Feet we have created two versions of fix packs in either spring nut or T bolt. The packs contain bolts, nuts and washers for the installation of a pair of feet for a single condensing unit.

To complement our range of Flexi Feet we have an number of variations on the standard flexi foot with strut. The foot only options are available in 200, 350 and 500mm with angle pitch variants.

Lightweight support that may be used with horizontal or vertical strut to support low level cable tray and other services.

Walkway mats may be combined to define a safe access path whilst protecting the roof surface.

Frames for large pipes, air handling units, chillers and packaged plant rooms. These robust & versatile free standing modular frames are supplied with fully adjustable leg assemblies in 500mm square polypropylene feet, incorporating anti-vibration rubber mats adhered to the underside. Robust 50 x 50mm box cross bars are 5mm thick to cater for mid-span point loads, resulting in even load dispersal through the framework down to each foot. The optional mounting plate can be purchased in addition or as an alternative to the adjustment being in the leg assemblies. Therefore a non-adjustable twin is also available. Application: Suitable for heavier building services such as large air handling units, chillers and packaged plantrooms. An ideal solution when the criteria to target existing roof beams is necessary. The twin frames can be targeted immediately above to assist direct load transfer to exisiting roof beams below: a common requisite in weaker roof designs.

Robust 50 x 50mm box end bars and cross bars both being 5mm thick in section, cater for picking up the point load mid span, resulting in even load dispersal through the framework down to the feet. The optional adjuster plate can also be purchased and these are supplied with fixings. Application: Suitable for heavier building services such as large air handling units, chillers and packaged plantrooms. Quads are particularly useful for managing heavy loads, and as a direct replacement for traditional concrete plinths, as they can be re-positioned to accommodate late design changes.

Modular robust frames for large air handling units. These robust free standing modular frameworks are supplied with fully adjustable leg assemblies and 500 x 500mm polypropylene feet, incorporating anti-vibration rubber mats adhered to the underside. Robust 50 x 50mm square hollow section end bars are 2.5mm thick and are supplied with either 50 x 50mm, or 100 x 50mm cross bars. With a variety of sizes available for both our end bars and cross bars, a suitable framework can be designed to suit many applications where a strong support is key. Application: Suitable for heavier building services such as large air handling units, chillers and air cooled condensers. Our unique ‘drop on ’ cross bars offer a faster alternative when erecting the framework compared with some slide on systems.

Custom robust frameworks for the support of complex and heavy building services. These custom solutions are frequently manufactured from 100 x 50mm parallel flange channel and/or 100x 100mm HEB (European Beam) and supported off fully adjustable leg assemblies utilising our larger 500 x 500mm polypropylene feet, incorporating anti-vibration rubber mats adhered to the underside. However larger steel sections are available dependant on project requirement and/or mass or size of the services being supported. All frameworks are hot dip galvanised. We will provide an AutoCAD drawing proposal together with load calculations prior to manufacture. Application: Suitable for heavier chillers, packaged plantrooms, or complex shaped building services, typically air handling units. Steelwork comes with all necessary fixings and the correct amount of leg assemblies/feet. These are manufactured in the UK offering a very fast lead time.

Safe access solutions designed and manufactured to current British Standards. With the introduction of The Work at Height Regulations back in 2005, the regulations apply to all work at height where there is a risk of a fall liable to cause personal injury. This regulation places duty on employees, the self employed and any person that controls the work of others, e.g. facility managers, building owners/end users etc. Flexi access solutions are designed to current British Standards; we offer full working drawings, site surveys and all our access range is manufactured in the UK. GRP options are also available upon request. So whether it’s a cat ladder, companion way ladder, stairs, ramps, walkways or a combination of all these, flexi access will provde you and your workforce with a safe access solution. We can also offer a custom design service to suit your needs. Application: Step-Overs to bridge ducts, pipes and electrical containment; custom solutions to access maintenance doors to AHU’s chillers or other rooftop services, ramped access solutions where wheel barrow / sack barrows are used and straight foward elevated access solutions. Cat ladders and companion way ladder also available.

A tailored solution to fit around existing rooftop building services. Flexi custom platforms and walkways are designed to provide solutions for maintenance and fire exit access. We can visit sites and carry out a thorough survey from which we generate AutoCAD drawings. These will be forwarded for approval to the project team prior to manufacture. They are manufactured from mild steel with a hot dip galvanised finish. Alternatively we can offer aluminium or GRP solutions upon request. Designed to comply with British Standards, these versatile and easy to assemble solutions are supplied with M24 adjustable legs, (to cater for the roof fall), and supported by our 320mm square feet Application: Generally positioned on flat roofs providing access to rooftop building services and fire exit access solutions.
